Our Branch applied for a community volunteer grant from the Federal Government, and once again we were successful and received a grant of $2,297. Last year we bought a photocopier with the grant, and this has been a great asset in producing the newsletters and all the paperwork for meetings. This year's grant will be spent on obtaining the following items: Digital video camera, television monitor and a DVD player. These will all be used in recording the various activities and trips etc. and producing DVD's for the benefit of all members.
